GREEN CARDOMOM




Green Cardamom (commonly called cardamom, green cardamom, or true cardamom) is used as flavoring agent in both food and drink, as cooking spices and as a medicine. BETEL LEAF

The Betel Leaf is an aromatic, anti-bacterial, stimulant herb, with a spicy, clove-like flavor. Belonging to the pepper family, the betel vine, represent goodness of wealth in Hindu mythology. Chewing the leaves of the herb while increasing the flow of saliva, also, protects against intestinal parasites.

JAGGERY

Honey first and foremost is a sugar, and in its natural form contains very little moisture. Pulses provide protein, complex carbohydrates, and several vitamins and minerals. There is evidence that a portion of pulses (roughly one cup daily) in a diet may help lower blood pressure and reduce LDL cholesterol levels.

LUNGI


Lungi is one of the most commonly worn outfits in India. Worn by males, it is a traditional garment of India that is tucked in, over the waist, up to knee-length or is allowed to lie over and reach up to the ankle.
